Making ui-router work with mobile angular ui

If issuing $stateChangeStart and $routeChangeStart won't conflict with your app you can use this trick to make ui router work with mobile-angular-ui

myApp.run(function($rootScope){
   $rootScope.$on('$stateChangeStart', function(){
      $rootScope.broadcast('$routeChangeStart');
   });
});
